When using the California White Sage, light the bundle from the top for 10-15 seconds, then gently blow it out. You can use a feather to distribute the smoke. Alternatively, you can crush the leaves and place them on a burning charcoal tablet. For the Palo Santo Incense Sticks, light the top for 30-45 seconds, then gently blow it out. Again, you can use a feather to distribute the smoke or place them on a burning charcoal tablet.
